How do I choose what quotes I see?
Open the Browse tab and tap Find your mix to take a 30-second quiz — Rise Intention picks the moods that fit you. You can also toggle any individual mood on or off yourself; the feed updates instantly.
What's free, and what's Premium?
The free app gives you a real daily ritual: two full topics, two themes, the widget, reminders, and sharing. Rise Intention Premium unlocks all 10 topics and 100 moods, every theme, unlimited saved quotes, and removes the watermark on shared images. It's available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen until the apps jiggle, tap Edit → Add Widget (or the +), search for Rise Intention, pick a size, and add it. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, and add Rise Intention to the widget area. Tap the small refresh icon for a new quote any time.
Why do I sometimes see a quote again?
Rise Intention serves quotes you haven't read first, and only repeats once you've seen the whole set for your chosen moods. The bigger your mix, the longer you'll go without a repeat — pick more moods (or Premium) to widen it.
How do reminders work?
In Settings, turn on the daily reminder and pick a time. iOS will deliver one gentle quote each day at that time. Reminders are scheduled entirely on your device — nothing is sent to us.
I bought Premium but it's not showing.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Rise Intention, and change or cancel there. You'll keep Premium until the end of the current period.
How do I share a quote?
Tap the share icon under any quote. Rise Intention turns it into a square image you can post to Instagram, send in Messages, or save to your photos.
Is my data private?
Yes — completely. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking, and your settings never leave your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
I found a quote that's wrong or misattributed.
