These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Rise Intention iPhone app, provided by Pidugu ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Rise Intention, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Rise Intention on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app.
Subscriptions & purchases
Rise Intention is free to download and use. Rise Intention Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time, non-consuming lifetime purchase, sold through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- An auto-renewable subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period continues until it ends.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; any price change will be disclosed in advance as required by Apple.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the app — for example, by attempting to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it or its services, or by using it in any unlawful way.
Quotes & content
Rise Intention presents quotations and short passages for personal reflection. We work hard to attribute quotes accurately and to use public-domain or original material, but we make no warranty that every attribution is perfect. If you spot an error, please tell us and we'll correct it. Quotes remain the work of their respective authors and traditions.
Not professional advice
Rise Intention is intended for inspiration and reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a doctor, therapist, or a local support line.
"As is"
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
