These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Gloaming app for iPhone, provided by Pidugu ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Gloaming, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Gloaming on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app.
Price & purchases
Gloaming is free to download and use, and currently has no in-app purchases. If we add optional paid features in the future, they will be sold through Apple's in-app purchase system, payment will be charged to your Apple Account, and any subscription terms will be disclosed clearly in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Accuracy & safety
Gloaming computes the positions and times of celestial bodies and draws an estimated horizon from third-party elevation data. These are estimates for planning and depend on your device's location and compass accuracy. Don't rely on Gloaming as your sole source where precision or safety matters (for example, navigation or never looking directly at the Sun). When using the augmented-reality view outdoors, stay aware of your surroundings — watch where you're walking and mind traffic, edges, and other hazards.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the app — for example, by attempting to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it, or by using it in any unlawful way.
"As is"
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
