How do I shoot?
Pull down on the screen and let go. The further you pull, the harder the throw. A dotted line shows where the ball will go.
How do I earn coins?
You earn a coin for every basket, bonus coins for swishes and bank shots, and extra coins for every five-basket streak. Daily missions and the daily reward on the home screen pay out more.
What do boosters do?
Extra Life gives you a fourth heart. Streak Shield saves your streak from one miss. Double Coins doubles coins for a game. Slow Hoops makes moving hoops glide at half speed. Buy them in the Shop, then tap them on the home screen to arm up to two before you play. Armed boosters are used when the next game starts or when you continue a saved game.
How does Sure Shot work?
During a game, tap the round scope button in the bottom-right corner before a shot. A faint path appears from the ball into the next hoop. Touch the screen, pull to the glowing ring and let go, and the ball drops through. One Sure Shot is used for that shot. Tap the button again before shooting if you change your mind, and nothing is used.
How do I change my ball or court?
Open the Shop. The Balls and Courts tabs let you preview everything, unlock it with coins and pick what you play with.
I bought coins or Remove Ads but it's not showing.
Open the Shop, go to the Boosters tab and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. If it still doesn't show, email us.
Can I play without ads?
Yes. The Remove Ads purchase in the Shop turns off banner and full-screen ads. Optional "watch to continue" ads remain available if you want a second chance.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Yes. Your coins, unlocks and scores are saved on your device, so deleting the app deletes them. Purchases can be restored from the Shop.
How does the world ranking work?
Open Scores and choose World to see the top players everywhere and your own rank. The ranking uses Game Center, so sign in under Settings → Game Center on your iPhone. Your best score is posted when a game ends, and a best score from before you signed in is posted as soon as you do. This Phone shows your best runs on this device, signed in or not.
Is my data private?
Hoopfall has no accounts and keeps your progress on your device. It shows ads from Google AdMob, which may use data as described in the Privacy Policy.
